Set up custom categories like cameras, lighting, audio, or drones, and list your gear under bold, easy-to-scan headings. You can include notes, serial numbers, URLs, purchase details, and even camera settings — so everything is documented and ready at a glance.

When it’s time to prep, just tick the boxes next to what you need. With a single click, the selected items are pulled into a clean, shoot-ready gear sheet you can print, send to clients, or save for your records.

For each shoot, you can also select camera settings from dropdown menus — including resolution, frame rate, codec, LUT, and picture profile — or add your own custom options.

There’s also a built-in tracker to help you mark gear as packed, returned, missing, or broken, which is especially useful during load-ins and wrap.

You can brand the system with your logo and colors, add your own camera settings into the menu, and reuse it for every job by duplicating tabs. Whether you’re working solo or running a full production team, it’s built to grow with your workflow.

4. Select Equipment With Checkboxes
   Tick what you need from your inventory. It’s fast, clear, and visual.

   

5. Auto-Generate a Shoot-Ready Gear List
   With one click, all your selected items are pulled into a clean, formatted gear sheet — ready to print, share, or send to a client.

   

6. Add and Save Camera Settings
   Enter resolution, frame rate, codec, LUT, and picture profile info — use pre-filled options or set your own.

   

7. Track Packing Status
   Use built-in checkboxes (PACKED, RETURNED, MISSING, BROKEN) to stay on top of every item before and after the shoot.
